MN Zoo, again:

We went to the MN Zoo again with our friends Sandra and Piper on the only (so the weatherman says...) nice day of this week. It's going to rain most of the rest of the week...sorry Scooter and Laura! Anyway, there are no pictures of animals because I know that's not why you are here. :) Layla is..."timid" with animals, to say the least. The largest to the smallest ones...they all seem to freak her out, except fish or monkeys, so we go to the zoo as often as we can to learn that they are not freaky. Most of them, at least.

Also, this was our first time out and about with our new Craigslist purchase: a double stroller! It's nice, but it's much heavier than the single one. But MAN check out all that storage underneath--that's good times! It has another seat like the one Layla is sitting in for Finn later on, and they can face each other, lay down, etc. So, you'll be seeing that out in D.C. in August, because neither Finn nor I want to be connected at the hip in D.C. August weather. :)
