It's not often that you can take the kids out on clear smooth ice. It hasn't snowed in a long time so the ice is nice and clear these days. The kids just love spending time out there. We've been out twice recently.
Layla and I take turns pulling the two younger kids, and then I somehow manage to pull all four of them on the sled.
The ice looks about 5 inches thick.
We crossed the lake on the side that was a bit closer.
Lots of people were out on the lake enjoying the nice day. This guy was out fishing and the kids were enthralled when he pulled one out.
