| Somewhere after this picture we lost the "t" in the "First" word on the letter board, but I didn't notice until we were done, so you can be sure I was not going to go back and re-create those photos. Such is life. Now my pictures are more accurate! Haha. |

After the drama of coordinating pictures we felt like a field trip. So we went to the library.

After the library we went to Costco to eat, and to get a 1st day of school present for each of them. Layla was cold so she picked out a fuzzy pink jacket and wore it around in the store. Finn picked out a Star Wars "You can read" box set. And Cora got a Kindergarten work pad. Kellan got veggie straws.
Then we came home, put Kellan down for a nap, and read for an hour or so: library books and our new chapter books. We'll try to get in some "actual academics" tomorrow...haha.
