Sledding last Friday night...

We've been having some crazy up and down weather lately!  All of last week it was pretty darn nice around here, but last Friday afternoon it snowed a bit.  When we got home from picking Layla up from school, Cora began to cry and cry...because we were home.  She wanted to on a WALK!  On an "adbenture."  ;)  So, I got the kids all geared up and we headed out for a walk...but a block away I decided to put those sleds to good use, and we rand back to grab them.  Jonas got home then, so he joined us, and all of a sudden it was a Hallmark moment.  Haha.

As you can see, it was just a small layer of snow...just enough to cover the grass.  But it worked!  And the bonus of a small hill is that the kids can CARRY THEIR OWN SLEDS back up the hill, and their legs don't get tired of climbing.  Yes.  Do it.  3,456 times.

Our house is 1 block directly south of this hill.
