Butterflies

I think last year for Cora's birthday, Aunt Laura gave her a butterfly habitat.  This spring we finally got around to doing it...haha.  We got 5 caterpillars in the mail, but only 4 of them survived the chrysalis process.  Fun times!

Thank you, Aunt Laura, for our homeschool science for the month of May...haha! :)

Creepy note:  When all of the chrysalises are hanging, if they sense movement (a possible predator of some sort), they start going crazy and knocking around and moving all over the place.  SO creepy.  Freaked me out many a night if I bumped the cage.
