We had a truly lovely time in Bemidji. The drive up went fine, save for Finn's slight freak-out at the 3 hour mark, and each day was perfect weather with great company! Here is Friday.

| Other than being outside, Finn is also obsessed with water. Especially in "contained " form. He regularly cries outside our bathroom door so he can go and play with the sink. I made the serious mistake at the park near our house of showing him that things like THIS (pictured) have water in them too!!! Mercy. The whole time we were at this park, all he wanted to do was walk back over here and put his hand in the fountain. |

| It was us, the Carons, the Knots (sp? The Nots?), and Eliza. I felt some serious pressure to just have more kids quickly! Everyone else was pulling their weight big time and I only had TWO!!! ;) Juuuuuuuust kidding, people. |

| After the park we went to see Dennis and Theresa's new house. It's lovely! We sat out on their porch and Austin played with the kids with light sabers that made noise. Finn was mesmerized. Then he fell and bit his lip MAJORLY. BLOOD EVERYWHERE. It was crazy. It finally stopped, but he had a bit red mark in the middle of his tongue where his tooth went through, AND he didn't want to put his tongue back into his mouth, so he was walking around with it sticking out. That part was a little funny, if not a little sad too. :) |
