This first video below is pretty typical of our house: both girls have crazy face paint on, Cora is wearing Layla's ballet outfit (one from Aunt Ruth 4 years ago, I believe), and at least 2 of the kids are dancing to music they commanded Alexa to play. Cora is also eating...she is a grazer, not a solid meal eater, and bananas are her food request of choice.
Jonas took Layla ice skating last Sunday. She so desperately WANTS to be good at it, but, as we only take her once or twice a year...she's not. So on the way home Jonas stopped and got her a pair of roller blades, to help with balance and the general movements. She LOVES them, and was much more successful on those even initially, so that was very helpful for her hope and ego. :)
