The morning started out nicely today, with me getting 2.5 hours extra sleep while the rest of them ditched church and went to the beach. :)

Then everyone came over for lunch to celebrate (VERY belatedly) Anja and Renee's birthdays. We were going to have ribs...except that there was a major miscommunication, and no one made the ribs...haha! It was so sad, but also pretty funny. We ordered pizza instead and the kids spent a good 6 hours in the pool.

This evening, after everyone went home, Anja stayed for a sleepover, and Elena Davis joined us, and two neighbor friends. More swimming!
Kellan discovered the ladder in the garage.
Like he needed ONE more reason to want to be in there.
