Piyush and Ruchira invited us over to their new house, and to join them in a river festival that was taking place along the river, right next to their home. It was a PERFECT summer night, and so lovely to be out with them and their delightful friends!

| I rather dislike crowds and chaos, so this was the perfect festival for me: tons of space for everyone to spread out in, low-key, and perfect weather. There was a free bouncy house and face painting for the kids, free lawn games just laying around for anyone to use (as you can see), and then other fun things like music, log rolling, lots of food trucks (they had me drooling for sure), and special boating events happening on the river. |
