My Mom and brother Eric share a birthday on October 1st, but since Eric is stuck in Oklahoma right now (Army), we were only able to celebrate Mom last night. We still had fun, though! :) The menu was chicken tikka masala, naan, salad, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. It was DELISH. If you're not a fan of Indian food, you SHOULD be. Mercy!
