Many of you have texted to ask how Cora is doing, and you were very sweet to do so. :) She is doing just fine and seems 90% recovered to me.
Sadly, Layla woke up AGAIN this evening, at 9:45, with croup cough and congestion. She is 10 days out from the start of her last attack. We never took her to the hospital for stronger meds, because frankly she did not warrant the visit...But maybe this recurrence is a result of keeping her home. :( sigh. I gave her a dose of Prednisolone, a dose of the nebulizer with albuterol, a dose of essential oils, and have the diffuser and humidifier running in her room. Fingers crossed for an uneventful night, and prayers appreciated!
